DEE DEE'S Feline Angles, (419) 707-1046 in Fremont, transports cats every other Monday to Toledo's Humane Ohio. 
 
The Humane Society of Ottawa County offers low-cost spay/neuter certificates for cats and dogs. (419) 734-5191 is good at Oak Harbor Veterinary Hospital
